About
Haley Eppler has dedicated her law practice exclusively to commercial real estate. Throughout her career, Haley has negotiated and prepared hundreds of leases on behalf of landlords and tenants for industrial, office and retail space. She has represented both buyers and sellers in dozens of real estate acquisitions and dispositions, including office, industrial, multi-family and retail properties. Haley has also represented borrowers in real estate financing transactions. She has vast experience in corporate governance matters, including the creation of small real estate entities and complex joint ventures, as necessary to accomplish her clients’ goals best and most efficiently.
Prior to forming Eppler Law LLC, Haley spent nine years working as part of a real estate legal group consistently recognized by Chambers USA. With the formation of Eppler Law LLC, Haley seeks to bring her sophisticated real estate experience and skills to clients in a cost-effective manner.
