Haley A. Eppler, Esq.

Haley Eppler has dedicated her law practice exclusively to commercial real estate and such practice encompasses all areas of commercial real estate law. Haley’s experience includes the preparation and negotiation of leases on behalf of landlords and tenants for industrial, office and retail space. She has represented both buyers and sellers in real estate acquisitions and dispositions, including office, industrial, multi-family and retail properties. Haley has represented borrowers in real estate financing transactions.  She also has vast experience in corporate governance matters, ranging from the creation of small real estate entities to complex joint ventures. 

Prior to forming Eppler Law LLC, Haley spent nine years working as part of a real estate legal group consistently recognized by Chambers USA. Eppler Law LLC seeks to bring Haley’s sophisticated real estate experience and skills to clients in a cost-effective manner.
